James Travis Rhinehart is a graduate of Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia. While at Morehouse College James completed his collegiate studies with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Business Management. James began his professional career at Macy’s East Inc. in New York, New York. While working for Macy’s James was an Assistant Buyer for over 250 stores in the northeast region of the US. James’s responsibilities included creating purchase orders, working with clothing manufacturers, and partnering with assortment planners on store merchandise assortment. In 2008, James left New York and started with The Home as Resolution Expeditor. He quickly moved up the ranks to a Store Operations as Business Analyst supporting over 2,000 U.S. stores. After receiving Vice Presidential awards and successfully saving the Home Depot U.S. Stores over $40 million dollars through the implementation of Centralized Return to Vendor James moved on to support homdepot.com. While with homedepot.com James excelled as digital content analyst managing the online product assortment of over 17k home depot SKUs. In 2013, James began the next step of his professional career as a Sr. Data Management Analyst for HD Supply Inc. a subsidiary business of Home Depot. James moved up the ranks to Marketing Manager where he managed the print synchronization of over 500+ magazines, catalogs, and priority market flyers. With the digital strategy of HD Supply Inc. changing James was promoted and reassigned to Digital Marketing Manager for whitecap.com. In this role James managed all web analytics, email campaigns, and branch landing page initiatives. Currently James serves as the Chief Financial Officer & Marketing Director for Monsanto Banks LLC.
